- Usage information, such as story creation history, playback history, device and browser basics, error logs, and analytics events tied to product usage.
2. How we use information
- To provide and maintain the Moonlit Storybook service, including sign-in, story generation, playback, history, and subscription access.
- To generate bedtime content that better matches your family's language, culture, and bedtime context.
- To process payments, reconciliation, fraud prevention, refunds, and customer support.
- To monitor reliability, fix issues, improve the product experience, and understand which product flows best support a repeatable bedtime routine.
3. Children's information
Our service is intended for parents, guardians, or other adults authorized to make decisions for a household. If you provide a child's name, age range, interests, language preferences, or family context, you confirm that you are allowed to provide that information and that it may be used to generate personalized bedtime content.
Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive information, such as government ID numbers, exact home addresses, medical diagnoses, full school details, or anything you would not want included in generated content.
4. Third-party services
We use third-party infrastructure and payment services to operate the product. Those providers process data only as needed to support the relevant functionality.
- Infrastructure providers for authentication, database, and storage.
- AI generation providers used to create story briefs, text, voice, images, or dynamic storybook assets.
- Payment and merchant-of-record providers such as Creem, Stripe, and PayPal for checkout, subscriptions, and billing.
5. Data retention and deletion
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, perform our contract, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or prevent abuse.
If you want to delete your account or request deletion of related data, contact us at support@bedtimeduet.com. We may retain information that is reasonably required for legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

- You may update certain account details and story inputs.
- You may stop using the service at any time.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data. However, no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please keep your login credentials safe and avoid submitting highly sensitive data in story prompts.
